How Do I register?
Enrollment is currently open for the Spring Herbalism Apprenticeship which starts Sunday, April 12 !
This is a unique apprenticeship as each class can be a stand-alone. So, if you could only make one class, that is still available for you.
Each class in this series will have a specific plant or plant group discussed that day. Example: Class 1- Citrus- Lemon, where we will make food, remedies and a craft from citrus. Each month is a different plant and/or group.
A relaxed, guided workshop where participants can explore various materials and mediums at their own pace. Perfect for creatives of all skill levels looking to reconnect with their craft—or try something entirely new.

“Daisy’s Herbalism Apprenticeship is pure joy and pure power. From Fire Cider to Foods as Healers to Elderberry Syrup, every single class has handed me real knowledge and real confidence to keep my friends and family healthy.
Daisy never just throws herbs at us; she teaches the plants first: their personalities, their medicine, so we know exactly why we’re reaching for them when we make ciders, syrups, or tinctures.
I’ve remade every recipe at home and used Daisy’s clever little tricks to sneak the good stuff past picky eaters (my husband now swears her Fire Cider dressing beats his beloved Caesar—he actually said it out loud!). She gives smart swaps for allergies or special diets, and she tells us straight: “measure with your heart.” That single line gave me permission to play, to make every recipe my own.
Truth? The class itself has been a healing tonic for my soul. Warm, funny, supportive, kind people—exactly what I needed.
Thank you, Daisy. I’m already counting the days until the next apprenticeship.

“Daisy and her classes are one of the truest blessings of my life.
What I’ve learned has already changed my family forever. Her teaching is thoughtful, passionate, and brutally effective. She creates a space that feels like coming home, safe to ask anything, safe to grow.
Daisy doesn’t just know plants; she’s lived them. Every lesson comes straight from her hands and heart, and I’m constantly floored by how much I’ve mastered because of her.
But the real magic? Her energy. She’s tuned to the earth, to the universe, to every person in the room. She listens like it matters. She gives like she’ll never run out. She genuinely wants every student to have the life they dream of.
Because of Daisy, I finally found my people, people who see the magic in the natural world the same way I do. People who want to learn, to heal, to honor the old ways with gratitude and joy.
These classes aren’t just for me anymore. They’re for my children. For the ancestors smiling down. For the simpler, more connected life I’m rebuilding, one tincture, one ritual, one intention at a time.
Daisy has reawakened the creative inside me I thought was gone forever. Now when I’m in my kitchen working with purpose, I stand taller. I feel rooted. I feel unstoppable.
Step one: decide to do something for yourself. Step two: sign up for any Daily Daisy Botanicals class. You’ll never be the same.
To Daisy and every beautiful soul in our circle, thank you. I am honored to learn and grow with you. Blessed be.”
Meredith H.“My first experience with Daily Daisy Botanicals was when I received one of her candles as a gift for Christmas and it was the most amazing aroma. It filled my house with more than a scent; it filled my home with memories. Memories of a childhood well lived but long gone. Memories are so easily invoked through our sense of smell and for some reason, Daisy’s candles bring to life my fondest memories. I will never tire of the magic she creates.
